Clues to support Toby being part of the A-Team from the start (Part 2)

1x05: “Reality Bites Me” - Emily sees Toby’s drawings.

2x25: “unmAsked” - While Spencer was in ‘A’s lair, she and Mona (who was unmAsked as ‘A’) found a drawing of a costume: the Black Swan. Toby could have drawn them for the girl who dressed as the Black Swan.

1x07: “The Homecoming Hangover” - Spencer wants Hanna to get Jenna’s file from the therapist’s office so they can find out what she and Toby may know. Hanna cannot find a file for Jenna under Marshall, Spencer suggests checking under “Cavanaugh,” since Toby’s parents may have adopted her and then Hanna spots a file for Toby. At the end of 1x07, we see ‘A’ collect Toby’s file from the water. Why would ‘A’ care about that file? If ‘A’ took it then it would have used it against Toby but as far as I recall, that file was never used or talked about again. Toby had a vested interested in getting rid of that file and we see ‘A’ take it, it could have easily been Toby himself.

1x16: “Je Suis Un Ami” - Spencer informs Toby that she is there to tutor him, as per the school’s advertisement and he later tells her to leave with barely any explanation. He hands her the French textbook and closes the door behind him, leaving her on the doorstep. Then at the end of the episode we see A listening to a French audio course which could be more than just a coincidence.

2x10: “Touched by an A-ngel” - A crashes Emily’s massage, giving her the massage instead of the professional without Emily realizing until she sees the letter A etched into the condensation of her water glass. It couldn’t have been Mona because she was with Hanna.

3x2: “Blood is the New Black” - Toby gives Spencer a massage.
